1. The service
Recepteca provides an AI-powered virtual reception service that answers phone calls, books appointments, takes messages and connects to third-party tools on behalf of its customers.
2. Accounts and plans
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in euros, plus VAT where applicable. Each plan includes a number of call minutes and simultaneous calls as described on the pricing page. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Recepteca for unlawful purposes, unsolicited marketing calls, or to mislead callers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give Recepteca about your business.
4. Callers and recordings
You are the data controller for your callers' data and are responsible for informing callers about recording and processing where required. Recepteca provides tools, such as consent messages, to help you do so.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, Recepteca's liability is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim. These terms are governed by Portuguese law and the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.
